- Fly System: Should you have scenes
that have to fly in and out we do have some battens available. If you
do not have experienced pin rail hands will be necessary for you to
employ one that is experienced. We can provide a list of qualified stage
hands.
- Sound System: Our sound system
is stereo and incorporates: a Soundcraft 16 channel mixer and an 8 channel
auxiliary mixer, a 24 channel snake from both the audience position
and the balcony booth, a cluster of JBL speakers mounted in the top
proscenium arch, four bass and midrange speakers, six under balcony
speakers, five SHURE SM 58 microphones, three AT853 hanging microphones,
five hard wired TECHNICAL PROJECTS intercom units and two PAS 15 stage
monitors. The sound operator will be responsible for setting up the
sound board, monitors microphones and head sets.
- Lighting System: a Melange
Pro controlling 96 dimmers. The dimmer outlets are on the stage
and in the balcony. You may use someone from your group to operate the
board if they are familiar with the Colortran system. If you do not
have a QUALIFIED operator we can furnish one. If you are using
your cues for more than one show please bring an I.B.ML formatted three
and a half DD disk. If you make any changes to our light pattern then
you are required to replace our pattern back exactly as you found it.
There will be a charge if our crew is required to repatch and focus
the lights after your show.
- Interior Photos: house, stage,
backstage dressing rooms, green rooms, loading docks, etc.
- Parking: At the corner of Central
and Oak St, ½ block away, the city opened a 7-level parking gargage
in early 2008. On the school grounds around Kofman Alameda parking control
officers regularly patrol the parking lot and issue citations to cars
parked illegally. They can also have cars towed that are parked in the
fire lanes. R.V._users cannot occupy more than one space and cannot
set up tables, chairs, Barbeques or other camping equipment. The area
on the West side of the auditorium can only be use to unload and load
equipment onto the stage. This area is used for student lunch period
and going between classes.

NOT ENTER THIS AREA DURING CLASS CHANGES AND LUNCH PERIOD. WAIT AT THE
WALNUT STREET GATE UNTIL ALL STUDENTS HAVE CLEARED THE AREA.
